Delivery Time
All products (except special ordered products) would be ready for delivery, after confirmation of the order. The delivery services are only available from Monday to Friday, and are not available on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

* Special arrangement is required for delivery to Tung Chung areas, Outlying Islands and Ma Wan. Please feel free to contact our Customer Service staff at (852) 39558089 for details, or WhatsApp 93408422.
The delivery service will be suspended when Typhoon Signal No. 8, Red Rainstorm Warning or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted. In such cases, our Customer Service staff will contact you to arrange another delivery time.
If customers are not available to receive the delivery as scheduled, our customer service staff will contact you for new arrangement of delivery. Extra charge HK$50 will be applied for re-sending of product.
For exchange or refund, customers are required to contact our customer service representative by phone or email. No delivery service will be provided for refund or exchange of product.
The above terms apply only to retail customers (individual and residential orders) of One Stop Food Supply Company.
